Please note that we do have a $20 minimum order for online sales. Western States Tool & Supply reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In certain cases, we will offer a substitution for an out of stock item if the lead time for that item is deemed too lengthy. We will notify the customer prior to shipment however to allow them the opportunity to refuse the substitution. Our goal is, and has always been, to satisfy the customer.
WST&S will accept reasonable returns within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns must be pre-approved by Western States Tool & Supply and an RMA number will be issued at that time. All returns must be in the original packaging and in good condition. Returns of special orders will be handled on a case by case basis and may or may not be accepted. Restocking charges may apply.
We must be notified within 2 business days in the event of damaged materials. If possible, please inspect all material at the time of delivery and note any damage on your delivery ticket. In the event of damage during transit by an outside freight carrier, please call us immediately. If possible, take pictures as this makes the process considerable easier. In any event, we will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Freight charges are not refundable. The Customer is responsible for any return freight.
